Leaked Bottle Policy
• If your decant arrives with a leaked bottle, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and contents. • We will provide an exchange for the same fragrance or a refund of the original purchase price. • Please note that we cannot compensate for any additional costs, such as shipping or handling.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for: • Change of mind or fragrance preferences • Decants that have been opened or used • Decants that are damaged due to mishandling by the customer
Shipping Errors
• If we made an error with your shipping, such as sending the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. • We will provide an exchange for the correct fragrance or a refund of the original purchase price.
